Probiotic Salad

This salad looks amazing, tastes amazing, and at the same time helps build a healthy digestive tract.  Adding fermented foods that have natural probiotics brings good bacteria to our gut; and building a healthy microflora in the digestive tract is so integral to all aspects of our health.

This probiotic salad has a generous scoop of sauerkraut and some sautéed tempeh which both add natural probiotics to the meal.  Combine that with greens, peppers, avacadoe, sprouts, a sprinkle of hemp seeds and you have a nutritionally dense meal that is super delicious!
