Homemade Teriyaki Recipe

This is a really quick meal that can be adapted with the ingredients you have on hand. The homemade Teriyaki Recipe below is quick, easy and the key to success for this meal.

For the base – noodles, rice or quinoa.

For the Bowl – assorted veggies of your choice – sautéed 

For the protein – your choice, tofu, tempeh, seafood, chicken …

Sauté the veggies and protein, add the teriyaki sauce and cook until done.

Teriyaki Sauce

3 Tbsp rice vinegar

3 Tbsp tamari

1 Tbsp sesame oil

1 Tbsp cane sugar

2 cloves of minced garlic

1-2 Tsp minced fresh ginger

1/2 Tsp red pepper flakes

pepper to taste

1 Tsp cornstarch
