Two- Bite Healthy Brownies

This brownie recipe satisfies a sweet tooth and is gluten free and vegan and most importantly has no-guilt ingredients.


3/4 cup organic pitted dates

1/4 cup of water

Blend in food processor, and then add:

1/2 cup of almond butter

1 Tbsp ground flax seed

5 Tbsp cacao powder

1/2 Tsp baking soda

2 Tsp vanilla

2 Tsp balsamic vinegar

pinch of salt

Blend until well combined.  Grease a mini muffin tin with coconut oil, scoop about a tablespoons in each round, press down lightly with fingers and bake at 350 for 12 -15 minutes.  Let cool for about 20 minutes before removing from tray.
